  1. How does the property info get input to become a text?
    Each listing is given a unique code. All the agent has to do is log-in to our system; fill in the generic fields for address, bedrooms, baths, price, etc., then load pictures and enter any special features or things they wish to highlight. It only takes minutes and the agent does not need to know how to send a text. All texts are sent automatically by the system.
     
  2. Do I ever have to send a text using my cell phone?
    No. An agent can however send a text announcing a price reduction or open house to an individual or group of buyers, instantly through their computer. All the agent has to do is know how to type.
     
  3. Can your system send pictures also?
    Yes. Most of our agents choose to include a picture of the front of the house and a couple inside shots that the buyer can save on their cell along with pertinent information about the house.
     
  4. Are the signs re-useable?
    Yes.  When the listing ends the agent simply changes the info about the property online, pays for a new listing, and reuses the sign with code.
     
  5. How long is a listing code good for?
    Both the flat fee plan and the monthly subscription plan offer unlimited usage. The flat fee plan offers unlimited usage for one year for $119. After a home sells simply move the sign to the next home for sale and change the listing information.
     
  6. Can you create large corporate custom/white label mobile solutions?
    Yes.
     
  7. Why do you charge a flat fee per listing instead of a monthly fee and charges for texts and messages?
    In a slow market a flat fee is the most cost effective investment solution. You can rest assured that you know exactly how much you have to invest for the service.
